Reading- Extensive Refurbishment following fire

Significant damage to all three floors of a large residential property requiring appointment of full design team which we were appointed to Project Manage. To ensure expediency of works, the contract was awarded to a known contractor in agreement with insurers and individual work packages tendered and cost reports prepared for approval at each stage.
